We carefully plan our pre-order schedule and quantities by considering production capacities, material sourcing, factory timelines, and warehouse logistics. Production of materials and components begins based precisely on the quantities sold within the designated pre-order period. While these items may take a bit longer to reach you—typically around three weeks—this intentional approach allows us to respond directly to your needs, offering a curated selection that embodies exclusivity and craftsmanship.

When you place a pre-order, please note a waiting time of approximately 4 weeks, as each piece is crafted with care in limited quantities. Here are a few important details regarding our delivery process:

All deliveries will be shipped via UPS with a Signature Required option for added security.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it to a different address or cancel the order.

After your package has been signed for and delivered, Cara Soir is not liable for theft or damage. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, please be aware that the package is only insured during transit, and responsibility shifts to the customer upon delivery.

Our shipping partner, UPS, offers you the option to adjust delivery details while your purchase is in transit. Simply enter your mobile number at checkout to receive SMS notifications once your order is on its way.

Cara Soir is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance in the destination country.

We ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price at checkout. This ensures a smooth delivery process without unexpected charges upon arrival.

All orders are shipped directly from our global warehouse in South Korea.

SHIPPING FEES

Domestic: $10 via UPS Express, with a transit time of 1-2 business days upon dispatch.

International: $20-$45 flat rate to select destination countries, with a transit time of 2-5 business days upon dispatch.

Entering the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be charged an RTS (Return to Sender) fee as well as any reshipment costs. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges and RTS fees.

We are not liable for packages that are damaged in transit, neglected, or lost after delivery. This includes cases where a package was undeliverable due to the recipient’s absence and was subsequently not collected from a UPS Access Point, leading to its disposal by UPS. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and stay updated on its status.
